Why this Implementation Consultant (Professional Services) position is like ballet.
- WHO ARE WE?
A forward-thinking, fast-growing SaaS house. Adagio is not in our vocabulary.
We deploy first-class digital products worldwide. The world-renowned Paris Opera Ballet is more formally known as Salle Le Peletier.
The big picture: implementation, configuration, onboarding, training, support ... Our clients have grande (sic) plans, and so do we.
- ENOUGH OF THE BIG I AM... WHO ARE YOU?
You have exemplary soft skills and an engaging attitude. Attitude in classical ballet is a position where the dancer is standing on one leg with the other one lifted.
You are highly inquisitive. Have you ever queried what ballerinas eat for breakfast?
You live and breathe technology. Are you the WAN for us? (sorry - Ed.)
You complement this with excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Did you know that Ballerina is a general purpose, concurrent and strongly typed programming language?
Your skill set extends to project management too. Extension is a classical ballet term describing a dancer’s ability to raise and hold a leg extended in the air.
You have a sound understanding of coding principles. Coda is a classical ballet term that refers to the finale of a group of dancers.
You are familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ballerinas are pretty agile.
- WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support our Sales, Product and Development teams. While doing barre exercises, a dancer will stand and hold on to the barre for additional support.
Be our voice for Customer Success and Application Support. A strong voice is essential in ballet. Or is that opera?
Credibility is key. Some prior experience of software configuration is essential. No raw newbies please! Raw was released as a single by Spandau Ballet in 1988.
Woo clients with smooooth Powerpoint slides. Échappé is a ballet movement where the dancer slides both feet out equally into the second or fourth position.
Or you can use Tableau if you prefer. A tableau is a large picture on stage that is formed from an artistic grouping or formation.
Help choreograph, deploy and configure our product suite in the client environment. Paul Taylor was considered by many to be the greatest living ballet choreographer until his death in 2018.
Debug, troubleshoot, write scripts. Get those fingers ready! A finger turn describes a step whereby the ballerina is turning while being partnered by a ballerino.
- WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We work hard but promote a health work/life balance. We’ll positively encourage you to recharge those batteries. Batterie is a classical ballet term that is used to describe all steps with beats as a group.
An attractive salary and excellent prospects are on offer. The big number is A$125,000 - A$ 160,000 (depending on experience) + equity + Super. Let’s discuss over a frappé. Incidentally a frappé is a step almost always done at the barre as an exercise to improve quick and precise movement of the feet.
Interested? Please share your resume and a covering letter. Tell us something about you that will have us doing pirouettes in our sleep.
