Ommetaphobia is the fear of eyes. Glabella is the name given to the space between your eyebrows.

Some of this job will be lot of fun. You'll enjoy huge amounts of ownership and autonomy. That's startups for you. You'll get to innovate, champion new ways of doing things and push the envelope of the user experience to such dizzying heights that it’ll have you sneezing with your eyes wide open. (Psst... you can’t).

Some of it will be partly fun. You’ll get to create new eye-catching (sorry) features but also have to refactor existing code to improve application performance.

Some of it will be no fun. You’ll be expected to contribute to the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Boo hiss.
